1. Service Agreement

By booking a treatment with Linea Luxe Spa, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services are strictly professional wellness treatments provided by certified therapists.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Same-day bookings are subject to availability.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations with 4+ hours notice: No charge
  • Cancellations with less than 4 hours notice: May incur a cancellation fee
  • No-shows: Full service charge applies

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and bank transfer. Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams and may be subject to change.

5. Professional Conduct

Linea Luxe Spa provides exclusively professional wellness services. We maintain strict professional boundaries:

  • All therapists are certified professionals
  • Services are therapeutic and non-sexual in nature
  • Inappropriate requests will result in immediate termination of service without refund
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

6. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns that may affect treatment. Our therapists will adjust treatments accordingly. We are not liable for issues arising from undisclosed health conditions.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate location and contact information
  • Ensuring a clean, safe space for treatment setup
  • Being present at the booking time
  • Respecting our therapists and maintaining professional conduct

8. Hygiene Standards

We follow medical-grade sanitization protocols. All equipment is cleaned and disinfected between appointments. Fresh linens are used for every client.

9. Service Areas

We serve Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Emirates Hills, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply to locations outside our standard service area.

10. Liability

Linea Luxe Spa is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from client failure to disclose health conditions, or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Client information is kept confidential.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
